Standard processing time frame
The standard processing time for KRP0803N is around Subject to total order QTY but normally 2 to 3 weeks after layout approval. If there is an absolute need-by-date for the order, we invite you to put the date in the "note" field at the end of the checkout process, then either give us a call, or create a new customer service ticket after placing the order. Our staffs will then follow up with you on the order process at somepoint afterwards.
Shipping Cut-Off Time
We make every effort to ship orders placed before the shipping cut off of 1:00pm Pacific Time (4:00pm Eastern Time) the same business day, subject to product availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will ship the next business day.
