Standard processing time frame
The standard processing time for KRP0625N is around Subject to total order QTY but normally 2 to 3 weeks after layout approval. If there is an absolute need-by-date for the order, we invite you to put the date in the "note" field at the end of the checkout process, then either give us a call, or create a new customer service ticket after placing the order. Our staffs will then follow up with you on the order process at somepoint afterwards.
Shipping Cut-Off Time
We make every effort to ship orders placed before the shipping cut off of 1:00pm Pacific Time (4:00pm Eastern Time) the same business day, subject to product availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will ship the next business day.

Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, Fedex, DHL and the Postal Service.Unfortunately, you are unable to specify the carrier of your choice when placing your order nor do we currently offer the choice of using your own carrier account for shipping.

A shipping notification will be sent out when we have completed and shipped the order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to load in the carrier's database before trying to track the order. Please note that the shipping time listed on the chart exclude order processing time, and only applies to orders shipping to the 48 contiguous states. International Shipping
superlanyard.com offers international shipping to selected countires for our international based customers. Shipping rate is calculated based on the total weight, and the shipping address of the order. To check whether if your country is available, please see List of International Countries
Please note that our SuperFree Shipping does not apply to orders with international shipping address.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ( "Import Fees"). These Custom duties and Taxes charges are always the recipient's responsibility;
